The Oklahoma Predictive Maintenance Users Group invites you to the 2025 Annual Training Conference from August 12-13, 2025.

Predictive maintenance professionals will come together for this two-day conference offering information and education on reliability planning and operations as well as breakout sessions with paths for Mechanical and Electrical.

 

Take part in the vendor expo to network and connect with fellow attendees plus enjoy additional opportunities to gain insight from your peers and leaders in our field.

 

The 2025 Annual Training Conference is open for up to sixty attendees from OPMUG member companies.

Become a Conference Sponsor

You're invited to partner with us as a 2025 Annual Training Conference sponsor! We have a variety of sponsorship opportunities including sponsoring training sessions and meals.

Training Sponsor Opportunities

Vendor Expo - Booth Sponsor (13 available) - $400

  • The Vendor Expo will take place during the evening of August 12. Dinner and drink service will be available for attendees.

  • Four spaces are available for Booth Sponsors who are willing to offer a technical presentation for a breakout session. Booth charges will be waived. The presentation must be submitted for board approval.

Classroom Sponsor (4 available) - $1,000

  • Classroom Sponsors will have the opportunity to give two product or service sales presentations. Each presentation should last up to one hour and will be held each day of the conference.

Meal Sponsor Opportunities

Breakfast Sponsor (2 available) - $1,500

  • Breakfast will be catered for all attendees. Company name will be displayed on banners during breakfast on August 12 or August 13.

Lunch Sponsor (2 available) - $2,000

  • Lunch will be catered for all attendees. Company name will be displayed on banners during lunch on August 12 or August 13.

Dinner & Drink Service Sponsor (2 available) - $2,000

  • Dinner and drink service provided during the Vendor Expo on August 12. Company name will be displayed on banners during the Vendor Expo. If a company wants to be the sole sponsor of the Vendor Expo, the cost is $4,000.
